    On each show, host Joe "Red Card" Sirianni, co-host and WYSL Sports Director Andrew Battisti and Michael Lewis of www.frontrowsoccer.com discuss the world of soccer, from Flower City Union, Flower City 1872 and the Rochester Lancers to MLS to the world's game and welcome both local and national guests to the airwaves.

    We had 2 special guests on the show:

    1. Our indoor soccer correspondent, Greg Suttie, spoke on the MASL season and playoffs, the finals for the Ron Newman Cup between Chihuahua and Kansas City and the MASL2 all-star teams featuring 3 members of the Rochester Lancers.
    2. The coach of Flower City Union & Flower City 1872, Jordan Sullivan, who spoke on the new and returning players for both teams, how he is preparing for the new season starting in May and how he is planning to bring the teams together in a short timespan to be ready for the first matches.

    Front Row Soccer's Michael Lewis, the author of "Alive and Kicking, the Incredible but True Story of the Rochester Lancers" and "Still Alive and Kicking - The Story of the 21st Century Rochester Lancers" (go to rochesterlancersbook.com), talked about US & Mexico withdrawing their bid for the 2027 Women's World Cup, Lionel Messi drawing 65K fans in New England and the latest from the NY Red Bulls and NYCFC.

     

    Andrew gave the international report focusing on Bayer Leverkusen, the UEFA Champions and Europa Leagues, Inter Milan winning Serie A and the title race in the English Premiership.
